Keep My Child Enrolled for Future Terms

When registering a child for a class through CheckMates, parents or guardians may choose to enable the "Keep My Child Enrolled for Future Terms" option during checkout.

By selecting this option, you authorise CheckMates to automatically enrol your child in future terms at the same school and class (or the closest equivalent class where necessary) and to charge the payment method provided for the applicable term fee.

This option is entirely voluntary and may be disabled at any time as described below.

By enabling Keep My Child Enrolled for Future Terms, you agree that:

• CheckMates may securely store your payment method through our payment provider Stripe.
• Your card will be charged when a new term is created and opened for enrolment.
• The amount charged will reflect the advertised fee for that term.

You may cancel the Keep My Child Enrolled for Future Terms option at any time prior to the billing date.

Cancellation may be completed by:

• Logging into your CheckMates account and disabling the setting via your dashboard.
• Contacting CheckMates via email.

To prevent enrolment and billing for the upcoming term, cancellation requests must be submitted before the end of the current active term.

If cancelled before billing occurs, no payment will be taken and your child’s place will not be reserved for the next term.

If a payment fails when we attempt to process a charge under the Keep My Child Enrolled for Future Terms option, the payment will only be attempted once when the new term is created.

If the payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email and your child will not be automatically enrolled for the upcoming term.

To secure a place, you must complete a new registration using the standard enrolment link provided. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed and the place may have already been offered to another student.

Payments processed through this option are subject to the standard CheckMates refund policy. Refunds may not be available once a term has commenced, except where required by law or where a class is cancelled by CheckMates.

CheckMates reserves the right to update term pricing, schedules, or policies from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated in advance where applicable.
